Here you will find answers to some of the most common questions about the conference.

  • Are there any travel assistance available?

    Yes, travel grants are available for graduate students. Once applying via the registration form, you will receive an email from us informing you whether your travel fund has been approved and how much funding we can provide, whether it’s for carpooling or flights.

  • Will meals be provided during the conference?

    Breakfast is included in the hotel bookings. Additionally, there will be a banquet with a fixed capacity on Saturday, April 12th, from 7-9 pm in the Frangipani Room. Refreshments will also be provided before and in between the talks.

  • What if I need to cancel my registration?

    If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make room reservations for other participants, especially if you have been offered funding.
